Opposition Leader, The Most Hon Portia Simpson Miller, along with the Chairman and other members of the People's National Party will be visiting the Chinese Embassy (8 Seaview Ave, Kingston 10)at 1.30pm today to sign the condolence book and express condolences to the government of China, following the devastating earthquake which struck the country 8 days ago.
